The role responsibilities include:
– Administrative support to our team including the Managing Director, Sales Coordinator & Project Staff
– Coordinating fee-proposal preparation & submission with the project team
– Proposal follow-ups with our clients.
– Client liaison, where necessary, during undertaking of our projects
Our successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business administration
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- High written and verbal communication skills
- Experience being organised and completing tasks on-time
- Ability to be part of a team and also work autonomously
