This is an outstanding opportunity for a focused individual wanting to start their career in real estate and step into our Property Officer role. With training provided by our agency, you will learn how to confidently manage residential property. The position is open to both existing property officers and those with no experience wanting to learn a new career.
 
YOUR ROLE
– Learn to confidently manage a residential portfolio
– Learn about NSW real estate legislation
– Conduct ingoing/outgoing/periodic inspections
– Handle communication and issues with tenants
– Learn new processes and procedures to effectively manage our database
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
– Be computer literate
– Have own vehicle with insurance and valid drivers licence
– Be able to work Saturdays (half day)
