We have a fantastic opportunity within our Finance team for a part-time Accounts Receivable Administrator – 5hrs per day x 5 days per week!
- A great communicator – confident with verbal and written communication whilst adopting a professional approach with our customers
- Experienced in all aspects of Accounts Receivable including various stages of collection and referral
- Someone with an eye for detail and accurate record keeping whilst ensuring deadlines/due dates are met
- A team-player who enjoys working within our office team environment
- Experienced in using MYOB and ideally familiar with Job Management Systems (SimPRO would be a great advantage!)
- Capable and eager to accept other administrative duties as required
- Flexible if we have the need occasionally for additional hours
- Keen to accept this role with passion and drive
